EBITDA equals your trailing 12-month revenue times your EBITDA margin.

Adjusted multiple starts with your industry multiple. Recurring revenue above 50% adds between 0.3× and 0.8×. A brand recognition score above 50 adds up to 1.2×. When your largest customer accounts for more than 15% of revenue, the multiple drops by up to 0.7×, with the full reduction at 50%.

Qualitative multiplier scores your five non-financial asset areas from 0 to 5. An average of 3 is neutral at 1.00×, and each point above or below moves value by 12%, within a range of 0.85× to 1.30×.

Estimated value equals EBITDA times the adjusted multiple times the qualitative multiplier, minus debt. Your next-12-month revenue is shown for planning context and isn’t part of the base calculation.
