About Dr. Vicki

For more than 40 years, Dr. Vicki Wright Hamilton has worked at the intersection of technology and people. As CEO and Founder of VWH Consulting, she partners with corporations and executives across three pillars: change management for AI and disruptive technology implementation, strategic leadership transformation, and small business coaching for women leaders ready to scale. Her gift is seeing the unseen, the resistance, fear, and cultural friction that derails even the most well-funded transformation, and providing the strategy and coaching to move through it.

Dr. Vicki is a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, a 7x author including the #1 bestseller Crowned in the Fire, a speaker, and a television host. Her years of executive coaching revealed something personal: many of the leaders she serves are quietly carrying a second, invisible weight, coordinating care for aging parents or family members who depend on them. That insight led her to build PeacefulCare.ai, an AI-powered platform that gives family caregivers one organized place to manage everything, reducing mental load and restoring peace of mind.
