About Tino

Tino Mantella has spent more than 25 years leading for-profit and nonprofit organizations across human services, health, and technology, raising over $300 million along the way and building some of Atlanta’s most prominent boards. He’s best known for growing the Technology Association of Georgia into the largest state tech association in North America, work that helped put Georgia on the map as a leading technology state.

Today Tino serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Relevantz and as Managing Partner of Retained, a women-owned executive search firm he helped launch to place CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other senior leaders. He’s also a minority owner of Turknett Leadership Group and a partner at Tier4 Advisors and Tier4 Group. Across all of it, his focus stays the same: connecting the right leaders and ideas to help people, organizations, and communities thrive.
